Time to Change

th-facebook-fall-backwardDaylight Saving Time is upon us and, at 2 a.m. Sunday, we turn our clocks back one hour, and can count on spending that freebie hour however we please.

With the fall time change, I welcome the sense of getting more sleep in the mornings. Waking up to sunlight makes more sense than heading to work in morning darkness. For this, I embrace the fall time change.

However, the drawback is that it gets darker earlier in the evenings, and I feel cheated. As if the days end too soon.

How does the time change affect you? Which change (spring or fall) do you prefer.
