Winedale Quilt Exhibit

In addition to providing a diversion for fidgety hands and keeping us warm in the winter, the quilt is also the subject of scholarly study at the University of Texas’ Briscoe Center for American History.

From February 10-23, check out the center’s Winedale Quilt Exhibit in Round Top, featuring examples of 19th- and 20th-Century red-and-white quilts and redwork bedcovers from its Winedale Quilt Collection. www.cah.utexas.edu/museums/winedale.php
