Former Texas Highways editor Frank Lively was known for his puckery and potent margaritas, made with equal parts tequila, triple sec, and fresh lime juice—shaken, strained and served like a martini. But now that a Texas company, Paula’s Texas Orange, makes an orange liqueur, we recommend switching out the triple sec for a splash of Paula’s. Here’s the classic margarita recipe from Paula’s Texas Orange:
