Hot Chocolate

Serves 2
2 c. milk 1/2 2-oz. cake prepared Mexican chocolate or 1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate 1 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon pinch salt
Combine ingredients with milk in double boiler. Cook until chocolate melts. Beat until foamy and serve in cups. See the full article in the January 1982 issue. |
