Limonada

Yield: 6 servings

 

Juice of 10 Mexican limes

3/8 c. to 3/4 c. sugar

1 qt. sparkling water

Combine lime juice and 3/8 cup sugar in a large pitcher, stir until sugar dissolves. Add sparkling water, and stir in more sugar as desired. Serve over ice.
