Campfire Scrambled Eggs

 


1 dozen eggs, beaten

 

1/3 c. buttermilk

salt and pepper to taste

2 T. butter

Add buttermilk, salt, and pepper to eggs and mix well. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add eggs and cook to desired doneness while stirring constantly.
