Mexican Sugar Cookies

2 c. sifted flour

3/4 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 c. soft butter

extra sugar and cinnamon

Sift together first three ingredients.

Cream butter with a mixer, and gradually add flour/sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Shape into 24 patties and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 300 degrees for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle extra sugar and cinnamon over the cookies when you remove them from the oven.
