Tea Cakes

Makes 18 small cakes

 

3 squares unsweetened chocolate

1 can condensed milk

18 large marshmallows

1/2 c. cake crumbs

1/2 c. ground nuts

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add milk and stir until thick. Remove from fire. Dip marshmallows in chocolate mixture with fork, coating well on all sides. Drop into cake crumbs mixed with nuts and roll until chocolate is completely covered. Set aside to cool.

Note: coconut may be substituted for cake crumbs.
