Pecan Pralines

2 c. light brown sugar

1 c. white sugar

3/4 c. milk

dash salt

2 c. broken pecans

1 T. margarine

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put sugars, milk and salt into saucepan; bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pecans, stir and boil for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla, and stir for 2 minutes.

Pour either into paper baking c. or drop 2 T. for each praline onto a greased pan. If paper baking c. are used, remove while pralines are still warm.
