Yield: 2 pints
- 2 Ruby Red grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Wash fruit. Cut into quarters and remove seeds. Do not peel. Put through medium blade of food grinder. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Chill several hours before using. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Will keep several weeks.
