Avocado Tequila Cream

Serves 12 

6 avocados, peeled and halved 
2 T. honey 
1/2 c. lime juice 
1/2 c. tequila 
1 c. heavy cream, whipped 
lime slices for garnish 

Puréé avocados with honey, lime juice, tequila. Fold in whipped cream. Serve in compotes, garnished with lime slices.
