Holiday Turkey Salad


2 c. cubed cooked turkey 
1 c. sliced celery 
1 c. fresh orange pieces 
1/2 c. mayonnaise, thinned with orange juice 
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds 


Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with orange segments. Tuna or chicken can be used in place of the turkey.
