Fruited Ham and Blueberry Salad

Leaf lettuce 3 c. cooked ham, julienned 2 c. orange sections 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. sliced almonds 2 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained Fresh minced parsley Line platter with lettuce. Arrange him in middle of platter. Mix remaining ingredients, and place on platter around ham. Serve with Creamy Orange Dressing. Creamy Orange Dressing 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 2 T. concentrated frozen orange juice 1 T. chopped parsley 2 tsp. grated onion Salt and cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients, and season to taste with salt and cayenne.
