Guacamole Salad

3 large ripe avocados
1 ripe tomato, diced
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. picante sauce (optional)
2 T. onion, minced
4 green onion, tops, chopped
Juice of 1 lime

Mash avocados. Add all ingredients, blending until flavors are mixed. Serve with fajitas or tostadas.
