Hot Turkey Salad

1 c. cooked turkey, cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped Texas pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except chips and place in a greased baking dish. Cover top with the chips. Bake in 350-degree oven about 30 minutes.
