Fried Corn

Ingredients:
1 dozen ears fresh corn or 1 package frozen corn 
1/4 c. minced parsley 
dash paprika 
2 T. milk 
1 tsp. sugar 
1 minced onion 
1/4 c. bacon fat or butter 


Cut corn from cob. Mix with parsley, paprika, milk and sugar. Add onion to fat and sauté in frying pan. Add corn and cook 10-20 minutes until each grain is soft, stirring constantly.
