Rice Pudding

  • 8 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 15-oz. box of raisins

Bring salt and water to a boil in large skillet over hot coals. Add rice, cover, and cook. When done, drain water from rice and add rest of ingredients to rice. Heat through, stirring frequently.
