Fried Corn


  • 1 dozen ears fresh corn or 1 package frozen corn 
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley 
  • dash paprika 
  • 2 T. milk 
  • 1 tsp. sugar 
  • 1 minced onion 
  • 1/4 c. bacon fat or butter 

Cut corn from cob. Mix with parsley, paprika, milk and sugar. Add onion to fat and sauté in frying pan. Add corn and cook 10-20 minutes until each grain is soft, stirring constantly.
