Organized by the Bayou Bend Collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the exhibit showcases items such as a stoneware sauerkraut press, a 14-foot panoramic print of 1847 New Braunfels designed to lure German settlers, and a steer-horn-and-jaguar-hide rocking chair made by San Antonio craftsman Wenzel Friedrich. Through January 10.
